Unbiased Feedback

To be able to have a website that truly meets the needs of people not familiar with computers, we needed to find somebody who has had trouble with computers and does not know us. To accomplish this task we went to a local supermarket and asked everybody coming out of the 
store. After a while we were able to find someone who was willing to help us. We sent this man an email to further explain what our class is really about, and we hope to gain constructive feedback from him in the future.
